Hey Tom,

First, let me start of by saying you are a great coach because you inspire people who have passion for real estate to take it to the next level and be successful at what we love. It made me super excited to see the power of people and extending myself to you and your team to help answer a question that I had. This video gave me exactly the right information I was looking for and something I hadn’t even thought of. I have a question regarding this video, which is, how do you approach and potentially get a buyer if they already have an agent…or should you only try and get people without an agent?

I’m glad there are people like you out there who truly care to help people, and me being a new agent will be a fan of yours for years to come. Thank you again.
